They study English like mad. But after more than 20 years here and I don't know how many 'reforms' of the language teaching system, I really doubt anything will improve. We will continue to be entertained by Japlish for a long time yet!
I am also charmed by the idea of products for medicated ladies. (I almost bought it, but then realized I didn't actually know the purpose of hair tonic. What's it FOR?)
